Our World famous End Client in Amsterdam is looking to hire a Senior SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)/PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant to help set up the strategy for the SAP EAM/PM environment.

This person should will take the lead in analysing what is required against industry standards, determine priorities and help to set the scenario for the 2018 SAP PM portfolio based on the baselining activities.

The preference is to get an Enterprise Asset Management and SAP PM specialist.

Our client's aim is to improve their Asset Management and Reliability Management capabilities. They will start a pre-project to deliver a plan for improvement and design for their SAP Plant Maintenance system. For this pre-project they are looking for a senior advisor in the area of Asset Management and Reliability Management in combination with SAP Plant Maintenance.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES:

* Deep knowledge of Asset Management and Reliability Management
* Broad experience with delivering value from SAP Plant Maintenance across multiple industries and preferably with a lot of experience in oil/gas/chemicals industry
* Ability to assess current use of SAP Plant Maintenance against best practices in industry and ability to deliver a design and plan to bring the client to the next level: Asset Management 4.0
* Analytical mind - knowing how to design and deliver global dashboards on Asset Management execution (activities, causes, costs, down times)
* Strong consultancy skills - knowing how to design and sell a new approach, obtaining buy-in and getting the agreed design implemented
* Support of sponsor's view - understands the direction of the sponsor and is able to help execute it
