SAP Deployment Lead (Norwegian Speaking)

SAP Deployment Lead.

For our client we require a SAP Deployment lead. The programme is a business transformation project deploying both a Finance and Supply Chain SAP solution and the associated target operating models across all of the business units globally. A Deployment Lead is required to plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgetting, metrics, training, pilots and resources across the client's Norway business unit. Collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities and manage the local deployment plan and activities related to a few specific business units (comprising of a country or group of countries). The role will be integrated into the business and there will also be a strong change enablement/Implementation aspect to this role to ensure the local businesses are engaged and understand all aspects of the Programme and it's impacts on the business.

The role requires
(1) strong project management skills
(2) need ability to interact and work with senior levels in client organisation (eg head up Project Steering Committee)

Successful candidate will have all/majority of these skills
(1) experience in SAP Finance and Supply Chain
(2) experience in Upstream Oil and Gas
(3) detailed knowledge of Norwegian statutory/legal requirements and how they can be designed in SAP.

Norwegian speaking is a MUST.
