ROLE:
The main purpose of this role is to design and build the Data Management workflow solution, extending existing Globe workflows and integrating them on Phenix Retail landscape.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with Data Governance Team to define master data governance workflows across multiple systems (MDR/SDR, Retail SAP CRM and SAP Retail), in line with the defined master data management processes and conceptual design
- Review and extend existing documentation for extension workflows RICEFWs
- Document the workflow design in across the Retail landscape
- Deliver specific detailed designs of the Data workflow solution
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute detailed test scripts
- Execute test scripts in area of expertise and resolve test failures in collaboration with technical teams

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Sound experience on Data Management Processes in SAP context
- Experience on workflows definition and implementation
- Strong communication and consulting skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
