SAP Data Warehouse Architect

SAP Data Warehouse Architect urgently required for immediate start in Mumbai for initial 6-month contract.

Candidate should have 5-10 years overall experience and will be responsible for the overall architecture, design and development of Data Warehouse and Data Mart Life Cycle from business requirements to development of logical design, translation to physical design, ETL code development and testing using standard ETL tools, design and development of Cubes and Business Intelligence analytics/reporting framework and solutions.

Other expectations are:

-Master's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience as the architect
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Specific experience in SAP, HANA, Sybase IQ preferable
- Knowledge and experience of working in a similar role in a Telco

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Data standards and procedures, warehousing, design and development of logical and physical data models and databases, distributed data management and information management functions.

Design, develop and optimizes data warehouses, with flexible and scalable data and ETL architecture, to support business users and Business Intelligence (BI) applications that will run on Sybase IQ + HANA (both Native and BW on HANA).
