Our client, a highly respected company and a leader in their field, requires the services of an experienced SAP Data Team Lead to join their team for a 3 month contract initially.

You must have the right attitude and of course, the skills to go with it. In addition to your strong project and people management abilities you will have a minimum of 6 years hands on SAP Data experience plus 2 years lead experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience in continuous improvement in Master Data reporting, insights and process whilst developing and leading initiatives in order to improve Master Data governance practices throughout the business.
- Develop and improve the current governance tools and framework.
- Managing Material/Customer/Vendor master data.
- Data governance: data quality, data maintenance, data collection.
- Deep understanding of SAP Data structure.
- Data Migration.
- Stakeholder engagement/customer service skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to direct and lead a team.
- High level influencing skills.
- Enjoy working in a culture where you need to instruct change.
- High data analysis and problem solving skills.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous lead experience and the right skill set (listed above) are essential, along with the ability to engage with the necessary technical and Business stakeholders.
