Our client, a highly respected global company and a leader in their field, requires the services of an experienced SAP Data Migration Manager to join their team for a long term 12 month+ project in Melbourne.

In this role you will be managing an experienced SAP Data Migration team (approximately 5-8 staff) and be responsible in driving this project to success through your experience, knowledge, motivation and keen problem solving skills. The project involves migrating SAP data from modules including FI/CO, HR, SD, CRM and other Legacy systems into a new global template.

You must have the right attitude and of course, the skills to go with it. In addition to your strong team and people management abilities you will have a minimum of 5+ years of hands on SAP Data Migration experience and have managed at least 2 SAP Data Migration projects. 

SKILLS REQUIRED:  

- Knowledge of data processing activities, including databases, ETL tools, data conversion, master table management and SAP table structure
- Excellent understanding of Data Migration particularly within SAP
- Experience managing SAP Data Migration projects to a timely completion.
- Experience managing business changes associated with the project implementation.
