SAP cutover Manager

SEC Recruitment has an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced SAP Cutover Manager (SAP Basis focused) for a Worldwide project of a global end customer in Switzerland.

Job Title: SAP Cutover Manager
Period: 03.02.2014 for 6 month with the possibility to extend
Location: Basel

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

The following services are to be provided for supporting the migration project:

-Management & Coordination of project delivery
-Alignment & coordination of all related system installation and migration activities within project with support organizations and business
-Ensure integrated approach across teams
-Creation & Maintenance of detail planning & scheduling for installation, configuration, testing and migration
-Identify, manage and escalate project risks and issues
-Planning, Monitor/Control of team deliverables, support on preparation and execution to cutover
-Close collaboration with the customer during cutover planning, preparation and execution
-Timely delivering of required components according to the project schedule
-Ensure compliance in all aspects of the delivered services (GxP, SoX, CSV)
-Monitor project risks/issues and tasks and proactively starts mitigation actions in agreement with Project manager
-Infrastructure Order Management

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
-Business Fluent in English
-German desirable
-ITIL Certification is an advantage
-Several years of experience in SAP Basis/Integration Management
-Experience with SAP ARMM reference architecture, Project methodology and Migration factory model is an true asset
-Experience with PowerHA, IBM Flash Copy, Oracle RMAN, Libelle Business Shadow is a true asset
-Several years of experience with OS/DB Migrations with different SAP migration and 3rd party methods (Libelle Business Shadow, Database export/import, ...)
-Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
-Team work in a challenging IT environment
-Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
-Ability to deal with variable workload
-Traveling ability (Approx 50%), Including USA
-English Speaking Assignment
