SAP cutover Manager

ROLE: CUTOVER MANAGER
LOCATION: ZAVENTEM, BRUSSELS (BELGIUM)
DURATION: 4-8 WEEKS

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- The Cutover Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and execution of a detailed cutover plan encompassing all of the business and technical activities required to enable the final Production go-live of a SAP CRM system.  
- The SAP Cutover Manager will be required to coordinate and plan across 3 countries, while being based in Brussels October 2103 for up to 6 weeks.   
- The SAP Cutover Manager is required to detail and manage the coordination with project managers and on site and off shore functional workstreams, inc. data migration, security, basis, business change management and other relevant functions.   

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:   

- 5+ years SAP experience with demonstrable skills involving SAP Master Data/high volume transactional data dependencies, SAP process design   
- 3+ Years SAP project management experience, including a minimum of three full cutover cycles, preferably in a CRM environment.   
- Experience with interacting with senior management and managing effective communications with business leadership.   
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.   
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment across multiple countries   
- Proficient in the use MS Project to manage and document the cut over plan.
