ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced SAP CS (Services) with SAP PM Lead for a project in
Gothenburg, Sweden.
The SAP CS (S ervices) Lead will be involved in Customer to Cash processes, lead a team of consultants to design and deliver customer services process using SAP ECC solution.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience required in design/delivery of processes such as service quote, service order, service contracts, warranties, returns/repairs, refurbishment, material serialisation, iBase management, service notifications, planning of technician resources, task list, maintenance plans, scheduling reports, service history, etc.
- Experience in integrating service solution into ECC sales solution, project systems, FICO and COPA.
- Experience required in SAP-Plant Maintenance to manage the refurbishment process
- Experience in SAP-PM/CS
- Experience in SAP-CRM-Services is an advantage
