Requirements and proven experience on:
- Strong customer service, plant maintenance and sales and distribution knowledge
- For roll outs, blueprints and releases: delivery of assessment, gap analysis versus template, customizing, functional specifications, unitary and integrated tests, key user tests management, training delivery, change management guidance, cut over and go live support
- For level 3 support: analysis, customizing,functional specifications, unitary and integrated tests
- Accustomed to search for information on OSS
- Strong integration with SD, MM, LE, FICO, development and PI teams
- Adaptable personality and quick learner
- Ability to work on several projects and maintenance topics in parallel
- English is mandatory, French is a plus.
