SAP CRM Testing and Change Co-ordinator - Switzerland.

Our client is currently looking for a Testing Coordinator with knowledge of SAP CRM7.0 for releases, support packs, Kernel updates etc.
You will Monitor IM's, TPR/RM, RC's and OSS queues for Marketing & sales based on Service Manager, Service Center, Solution Manager and enable Day to day prioritization and follow up of open items for the sustain team offshore and onsite.
Ensure team updates of tracking tools Service Manager/Center as per the agreed service levels (NUT/ERT etc) and with the required quality guidelines.
Monitor the Offshore and Onsite team team throughput/turnaround time and quality of solutions provided.
Drive the sustain team continuously to reduce time on resolution of incidents and TPR's and eliminate Route Causes.

Service improvement: Drive Continuous process improvements using NCE. Provide Measure and KPi's for the daily, weekly operational reviews to improve services and achieve KPI's.
Stakeholder Management Proactive collaboration and communication ensuring resolution, and follow up on critical incidents/TPR's.

Provide reports - daily and weekly on overall progress of Incidents and TPR's
Escalation Management - acts as key point of contact for escalations to Sustain Team.
Incident Management Processes Documentation/training for M&S teams :creation of standard routines.

Responsible for enforcement/adherence to processes in MS and providing expertise in Change Management processes.
Initial validation/filtering/QA of each Change Requests in the alignment/functional release cycle.
Performs the Change Quality Gate review of each Change
Impact analysis and validation for all changes before release
Manage configuration of Change Management tool
Participate in Post Change Reviews
Provides continuous coaching and guidance on Change Management practices, and ways of working .
Participates in Key Service Mgmt projects and initiatives to provide feedback and improve practices.
