COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

Proficiency with test methodologies including test documentation and test administration
Be passionate about/driven by testing
Attention to detail, but ability to see the big picture
Able to think logical and critical
Able to work in a team (team player and autonomous)
Be customer-oriented, solution-minded and you have a testing mentality
Be a good communicator and can work efficiently and independently
Be flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environment
Experience with CRM is a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
Able to deploy initiative and have a problem-solving attitude
Awareness of agile project management, software configuration/development

ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

You will prepare/search for test data
You will execute test preparation (including documentation of test requirements and test scenarios)
You will execute tests (including qualitative defect logging)
You will execute report on test progress
You will log defects, provide input to and support Functional/Technical Analysts
You will (re)test defects
You will Maximize the # of automated test cases in collaboration with Test Automation Developer
You will use of test support tool HPQC
You will adhere to test best practices in general and defined by Salesforce
