SAP CRM Technical Architect

For a major international client near to Lausanne, we are looking for a:

SAP CRM TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

The Technical Architect will deliver detailed technical design and support SAP developments in a given area. You will work with Solution Architects and functional owners to understand the requirements and prepare the technical design. Once the technical design is completed, you will work with the developers to ensure developments are performed and meet the required standards.

Responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Functional Architect to perform detailed technical design for SAP developments in the given area
- Providing answers to technical questions raised by Functional Owners
- Review and validate functional specifications
- Deliver the technical specifications providing detailed instructions for developers to code
- Provide development workload estimates based on the complexity and nature of developments to be performed
- When findings are discovered during the code QA review, ensures to liaise with developers and close these findings

Candidates applying for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Strong SAP CRM architecture skills in at least ONE of the following areas:
- LEAD MANAGEMENT, PRICING & CONTRACTS
- SALES, INTERNET PRICING & CONFIGURATOR (IPC)
- INTERACTION CENTER, WEB UI, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES & MARKETING 
- Mininimum 5 years of experience as ABAP developer
- Involvement in large scale SAP projects with developments performed offshore
- English as working language (spoken and written)
- Experience of working with SCRUM is a plus

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2013 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, BUT WITH A GOOD CHANCE OF EXTENSION INTO 2014.  THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
