We have multiple positions open for both SAP CRM Technical consultant and SAP CRM Functional consultant for our client in Eindhoven, NL

SAP CRM TECHNICAL

Looking for consultant with 5-6yrs of relevant experience

Should be expert in OO ABAP,BOL Genil Programming.

Should be able to develop Custom BOL objects and also develop the Interfaces with Legacy application and other modules in SAP.

Should be experienced in creating the AET fields.

Should be expert in Workflow settings. Should have worked in One order framework.

Should be expert in CRM Middleware and should have experience in creating the bdocs and related coding to extend the BDOCs.

SAP CRM FUNCTIONAL

Looking for consultant with 5-6yrs of relevant experience

ROLE COMPETENCY - LEAD - L1

Should be able to lead and manage project execution modules bringing in technical, functional, process or other core ERP product created expertise. Should be able to lead small cross functional teams to ensure delivery and effectively coordinate between onsite an offshore.

SKILL 1 - SAP CRM Base Customization - L3

Should be expert in WEBUI configuration.Should have experience in Action Management like creation of Actions,Action Profiles and Action profile determination.Should have experience of configuring the Date Managementlike date types, date rules and date profile.Should have worked in category Modeler.

SKILL 2 - SAP CRM Middleware - L3

"Should have experience in Creation of BDOCs.Should have knowledge in Debugging the middlewareand also aware of enhancing the Middleware skills.Should have good experience in Configuring the entireMiddleware system."

OR

SKILL 3 - Serviceweb - L2

Should be expert in Base Customization module andshould have knowledge in configuring the Service contracts and service plans.Should have hands on experience in CRM billingand resource management.Should have good understanding of entitlement management.Should have experience in configuring the Solution search& Usage based billing.Should have Good knowledge on Mobile and handheld service.Should be expert in complaint and returns management.Should have good understanding of Internet Self Service
