Description of tasks to be performed:
Dealing with incidents and problems as 3rd line support to the user organization.
Implement changes in both management and in projects. Drafting Business Blueprint and/or a functional design and translated into SAP customer demand.
Guiding the customer in the translation of required functionality for technical solution. Important design decisions affecting the architecture, coordinate with the Project Architect or Integration Specialist.
Nature of the tasks:

Requirements regarding employee (knowledge, experience, behavior characteristics):
Good analytical skills.
Experience with Agile work, preferably Scrum.
Very extensive experience in managing and organizing various processes in CRM. Preferably, Sales and Services, Interaction Center, Action Framework, Account and Activity Management, including ECC Customer integration.
Experience with IPC (Pricing and Product Configuration)
Knowledge of interfaces: Web Services/proxies and I-doc/doc-B traffic.

Agile Scrum.
