SAP CRM SERVICE PROCESSES CONSULTANT - GHENT, BELGIUM - ENGLISH SPEAKING

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP CRM Service Processes Consultant.

Context
The customer is looking to extend their current SAP ECC/ISU solution with a CRM 7.0 for customer interactions and customer service. In this context we are looking to strengthen our CRM core team with an expert in CRM Service processes with prior project experience in setting up a CRM Service Request
s Management system. The expert should be able to quickly assess the customer's needs and current system in order to advice the CRM team on the solution direction.

Assignment details
Short assignment, during the period January-March 2015. One or two weeks Full time or part time, according to availabilities.

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience
Experience in SAP CRM Service processes
o Service requests
o Service orders
o Service request management and service desk functionalities and set up
o Service contracts
o Service level agreements
o Integration of the CRM service processes with SAP ECC SD/PM/CS
Experience in SAP CRM Middleware
Experience in migrating CS notifications to CRM Service is an asset
Knowledge of SAP CRM Warranties is an asset
Knowledge of the Utilities sector and SAP IS-Utilities is a asset
Insight in and/or experience with the SAP Cloud for Customer product portfolio is an asset
Knowledge of the general concepts of SAP CRM 7 is a prerequisite
Preferably 5 or more years of experience in CRM and Service processes
