SAP CRM Service/Marketing Consultant

My customer is looking urgently for a SAP CRM consultant to work in Saudi Arabia starting from Blueprint ASAP. He/SHE should master SAP CRM Services and Marketing. This is a 9-months assignment in Riyadh.

Job Description

Support clients in the implementation, and support of SAP CRM module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Skills Requirement

- The Consultant needs to facilitate the implementation and support of SAP CRM to enhance the clients' business.
- Should have Strong experience in implementation and support of SAP CRM, with minimum 2 implementations.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing the key concepts of Marketing which includes Marketing planning and campaign management, Trade Promotion Management,

Segmentation and Lead management etc.

- Should be well versed in Configuring and Customizing the key core concepts of Service such as Service Process, Installed base Management, return and Complaint management, warranty claims, IC Profiles.
- Experience in Web client such as Agent Inbox, Interaction Record, CIC-Web client profile, Business Transaction profile, Navigation Bar, Transaction Launcher, Broadcast Messaging, Interactive Scripting.
- Configuring and customizing IC win client profiles such as Customer Interaction Center profiles, component, configuration, action box configuration, interactive Scripting, reminder Scripting
- Good functional Experience of Middleware in BDOC'S, data exchange between ERP Back End & SAP CRM, and consistency & monitoring of the data exchange.
- Experience in WEB UI.
- In-depth Business and industry knowledge in CRM processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to facilitate business and technical discussions and document solutions.
- An understanding of the capabilities of SAP BI to meet reporting and ad hoc reporting requirements may be needed as well.
