One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP CRM Service Consultant.

PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:

Expert knowledge of SAP CRM Service, in particular with the set-up of a Service Desk

Expert knowledge of the following CRM objects:

Case
Service Order/sales order
Service agreements and service contracts
Products
Quotations

Knowledge of SAP Business Workplace
Knowledge of SAP SD and MM for integration purposes and best practices
Excellent analysis skills required
Open minded and out-of-the box thinker
Punctual and able to work independently for several days (2-3)
Pro-active and open attitude
Knowledge of market processes: retail, service management, facility management,
Knowledge of SAP ISU and the corresponding CRM CIC for utilities is a plus
