SAP CRM - Roll Out project - French AND English REQUIRED
The SAP CRM Functional Consultant will be involved in the implementation and roll-out of SAP CRM solutions.
Deliver SAP CRM Service Management solutions (Interaction Center/Incident & Service Request Management) through change requests or projects. In both situations, end to end responsibility:
o Coordination/communication
o Design: analyze business requirements and provide adequate technical specifications
o Build: perform and document customizing, write technical specifications for developers
o Test in order to deliver "right first time"
o Implement and post go live support
Work as agent (last level of support) on CRM incidents
Work on experiments to make our current solutions more user friendly and mobile, mainly with Fiori
HOW?
§ Able to work in an agile team
§ Proactively work on open tasks assigned to the team, take initiatives
§ Awareness of the CRM solutions on the market (what are the key players, what is the SAP roadmap for CRM, what solutions are implemented in other companies, etc..)
Required qualifications:
- Good functional knowledge of SAP CRM Service Management processes.
- Basic technical knowledge of SAP CRM Web UI (CRM 7.0).
- Fluency in English and French
- Already worked on implementation of Fiori applications for CRM (yet no development skills needed)
Additional qualifications:
- Worked in an agile team
- Understanding of IT implementation methods & tools.
- Nice to have: ergonomics
SAP certification in the area of SAP CRM is a plus.
