SAP CRM Master Data Expert/Solution Architect

We are searching for a SAP CRM MASTER DATA EXPERT/SOLUTION ARCHITECT for our client, a world renowned multinational located in the Vaud region of Switerland.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The main purpose of this role is to design and build the integrated CRM solution based on a combination of SAP CRM and other best of breed solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Translate business requirements into solution SPECIFIC DETAILED DESIGNS
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or  modules
- Define, document and execute CONFIGURATION SPECIFICATIONS
- Define and document FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS for RICEFW
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute DETAILED TEST SCRIPTS
- EXECUTION OF TEST SCRIPTS in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with technical teams

KEY SKILLS

- 10 years + experience as a CRM Master Data Expert/solution architect
- Expertise in SAP CRM ideally in Retail/B2C omnichannel scenarios
- Deep module expertise in CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Centre 
- Integration expertise with ERP Retail
- Integration expertise with eCommerce and POS solutions
- Technical expertise - ABAP OO, WebUI
- Strong communication and consulting skills
