For one of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for:
SAP CRM MASTER DATA EXPERT/SOLUTION ARCHITECT (M/W)
CONTRACT UNTIL THE END OF THE 2014
The main purpose of this role is to design and build the integrated CRM solution based on a combination of SAP CRM and other best of breed solutions.
KEY SKILLS:
- 10 years + experience as a CRM Master Data Expert/solution architect
- Expertise in SAP CRM ideally in Retail/B2C omnichannel scenarios
- Deep module expertise in CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Centre
- Integration expertise with ERP Retail
- Integration expertise with eCommerce and POS solutions
- Technical expertise - ABAP OO, WebUI
- Strong communicationd consulting skills
