SAP CRM Master Data

We are looking for a SAP CRM Master Data consultant for a project in Switzerland in Lausanne area.

Start Date: ASAP.
Duration: until December 2014.
Languages: English. 

Main Responsibilities:

- Translate business requirements into solution SPECIFIC DETAILED DESIGNS
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or  modules
- Define, document and execute CONFIGURATION SPECIFICATIONS
- Define and document FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS for RICEFW
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute DETAILED TEST SCRIPTS
- EXECUTION OF TEST SCRIPTS in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with technical teams

Skills Required:

-10 years + experience as a CRM Master Data Expert/solution architect
-Expertise in SAP CRM ideally in Retail/B2C omnichannel scenarios
-Deep module expertise in CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Centre
-Integration expertise with ERP Retail
-Integration expertise with eCommerce and POS solutions
-Technical expertise - ABAP OO, WebUI
-Strong communication and consulting skills
