Your Responsibilities

The role of the SAP CRM Junior Consultant is to understand the business processes in the Engagement Management area and to understand the technical translation of the business requirements into the SAP CRM system. You will work in a team responsible for maintaining and supporting the current functionality as well as the Plan, Design, Build, Deploy and Run for enhancements.

You will:

- Act as a Gatekeeper between SAP user and SAP CRM applications.
- Provide operation support of the CRM system - efficient error handling, providing appropriate technical resolutions and a high level of customer service.
- Evaluate requirements and design appropriate solutions, following the ITIL Change Process.
- Work with the European SAP CoE Business Process Manager for Engagement Management and CoE Security Design Authority to ensure the solutions fulfil the architecture and security requirements.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Test expert to run functional testing and support the business through the User Acceptance Testing
- Ensure technical standardisation (authentication, error treatment, documentation) is enforced, reusable and consistent to other SAP CoE areas.
- Stay on Page with all new EM functionalities and applications provided by SAP.

Your Profile:

You will have thorough understanding of the SAP modules/solutions which support Engagement Management

CEAC à Account Management, Opportunity Management, Audit processes / Questionnaires,

CRM à Functional Consulting / support and assistance in Markets processes

Experience of Customisation is essential. Ideally you will also have experience of SAP ABAP. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a confident self starter who can approach incident management in a proactive and enthusiastic manner and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Fluent English is required.
