SAP CRM/ISU Middleware Consultant for Remote role

Accuro is currently looking for a Senior SAP CRM/ISU Middleware Consultant. Your will be monitoring and administering the Middleware. This role can be done remotely with onsite workshops in Copenhagen.

You have thorough knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware with connected ISU systems. Minimum two years' experience monitoring CRM/ISU Middleware. Thorough knowledge of Middleware monitoring, reporting and correction tools. Good knowledge of CRM and ISU data models.

Your task:

- On weekdays, daily remote system monitoring and resolution of standard errors (based on agreed upon standards).
- Information sent regarding urgent issues that require our attention.
- Weekly error reports specifying master data problems.
- Support in investigation and solving of issues and definitions of work arounds.
- Monthly system reports tracking system performance and highlighting emerging issues.
- Periodic workshops on detected issues to optimize data processing speed and improve data quality

Good English skills a requirement. You need a valid work permit for EU to apply for this role.

Start Date: 01.03.2013
End Date: 01.03.2014 (option for prolonging 12 months)

This is a part time role, 1200 hours/year - 12 hours/week - 2-3 hours/day.
