SAP CRM IS-U Consultant - Belgium - 2 year Project

SAP CRM IS-U Consultant - Flanders, Belgium - 6months +

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an SAP CRM IS-U Consultant for a project in Flanders, Belgium.

Our client is looking to extend the current SAP ECC/ISU solution and CRM with a B2C web portal and they are looking to strengthen the CRM core team with a functional/technical expert to set up the new CRM system.

SAP CRM IS-U Consultant

Requirements:

- Senior/Expert knowledge of SAP CRM in an IS-U context
- Experience in in business analysis in complex environments
- SAP CRM implementation project experience in the following domains

o CRM service request management

o CRM Interaction Center with IS-U focus

- Experience in customer engagement through process externalization in a web portal
- Senior knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware principles
- Dutch speakers are highly preferred, English also accepted

Plusses:

- Knowledge of CRM operational reporting
- Knowledge SAP IS-U/SAP CS/SAP PM
- Technical knowledge of webportals (HTML5, CSS, Webforms, authentication, navigiation, ..)
- Technical knowledge of SAP Cloud, UI5/Fiori, oData

Startdate: December 2017

Duration: 6 months initial contract

Rates: market rates depending on your experience

Location: Flanders, Belgium
