SAP CRM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT MELBOURNE

Our key client is looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional consultant with 5 or more years of experience. The client is looking to migrate their old call centre application to SAP CRM.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

. Good working knowledge of call centre applications and tools.

. Application Integration and Database migration experience from a call centre application to SAP CRM.

. Configuration experience with Service Tickets, Service Requests, Call queue management.

. Experience with Web services and SAP CRM Web UI.

. Experience testing and troubleshooting in SAP CRM.

. Exposure to Rapid Applications Development.

. Consulting experience, business acumen and the skills to adapt quickly to changing business requirements.

. Should have excellent customer facing skills, Business and consulting skills.

. SAP Certification is added advantage.

. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
