MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of SAP CRM processes
SAP CRM WebClient User Interface
SAP CRM and ECC Customer/Business partner master data
Integration/Idoc experience and knowledge

QUALIFYING
SAP CRM Loyalty Management
SAP CRM Member (BP, points accounting and cards handeling)
Has proven experience in incident management in SAP CRM
Customizing and detailed design in SAP CRM
SAP CRM Organizational model
Fashion retail experience
Certified in the SAP software products' latest release
Knowledge in SAP Back End system and how to connect an SAP CRM system

RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary tasks are:
Solving incidents in SAP CRM module
Cooperation with development on technical design in SAP CRM
Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Provide system analysis on general SAP CRM questions
Plan, document & conduct unit testing of the developed or modified objects in SAP CRM
Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
