SAP CRM Telephony Consultant.

One of our well known clients is searching for an experienced SAP CRM Telephony Consultant to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract (full time or part time work available!).

This role will see you working in a busy and dynamic environment where you will be responsible for the setup, configuration & integration of the Customer Integration Centre with external telephone systems.

Ideally you will have at least 3+ years experience integrating telephony systems with SAP CRM, along with strong communication skills and a business facing demeanour. This is a truly consultative role and will see you not only working in a functional (configuration) capacity but also get involved with the business from requirements gathering to training and testing the solution.
