SAP CRM Functional

We are looking for SAP CRM Functional Consultant for our clinet in Dublin, UK

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through CRM 7
- Preparing functional specifications
- Completing system configuration
- Liaise closely with ABAP team during build phase
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
- Preparing and managing all elements of testing
- Work along side delivery leads and architects to Identify and manage risks

SKILLS

- At least 6 years SAP CRM Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Activity and Task Management, Email Management, Interaction records, Campaign Management and Marketing in CRM 7.0 is an absolute must
- Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of core CRM processes and data
- Worked on at least 2 CRM 7 projects
- Experience in upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 7 would be a major advantage
- Must have gone through all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation creation and training
- Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 would be an added advantage
