We are looking for a SAP CRM Expert for a CRM upgrade from 7.0 to 7.0 Ehp1 EHP3 Eandis wishes to rely on an expert SAP CRM.

The consultant will, in close cooperation with Eandis, the ultimate responsibility for the success of the upgrade and maintenance of the SAP CRM application (evolutionary and corrective)

Tasks:

You solve all problems inherent to the upgrade.

You are responsible for complying with proposed schedule.

Write functional analysis and conducts technical analyzes

You configures based on functional specifications

You put the device in the system

You help your technical peers

You do technical and system testing

You take care of the documentation

You treat tickets as part of the incident management process

You report to the relevant module specialists and designers

You take into account the internal IT standards

You apply the rigorous methods in the context of the change and release management process

Expected knowledge

The consultant is highly motivated for the success of the mission and has the following knowledge:

Thorough knowledge of all CRM components from a functional and technical perspective.

Knowledge Integration of SAP CRM/SAP ISU is a plus
-

Knowledge of integration between SAP CRM/SAP FI is a plus
-

Experience in upgrade and migration projects for SAP CRM 7.0 is needed
-

Knowledge ABAP, Webdynpro development and programming BOL
-

Up- to-date in the field of SAP Enhancement Packs and market developments.

Sufficient CRM knowledge to work with standard configurations and customized independently raft in case of problems after transfers

Expected experience

Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP CRM system level

Debugging in SAP CRM

You have proven experience in SAP CRM upgrade project
