My client, a Global IT Consultancy, are looking for an SAP CRM Consultant with experience in CRM 4.0/CRM 5.0 and exposure within the Utility Industry space. This company is dominating the SAP integration space and are looking to continue their rapid growth throughout 2013. The successful candidate will be involved in analysing and taking overall responsibility in the area of SAP CRM. They will ensure that all incidents and service requests are resolved in line with IT Managed service SLAs. As well as being responsible for the day to day end user interaction to facilitate issue resolution and co-ordination with offshore teams. They will interact with multiple support teams across different vendors to support resolution of incidents.
