SAP CRM Consultant (CRM, CRM 7.0)

Major Tasks of the SAP CRM Consultant (CRM, CRM 7.0):
• To discuss required functionality with the customer.
• To define business processes.
• To describe required modifications and/or customizations when needed.
• To define setup.
• To train the key-users and/or end-users.
• To assist in Go-Live.
• To manage CRM projects at customer side.

Job Requirements of the SAP CRM Consultant (CRM, CRM 7.0):
• At least 3 years of hands-on SAP CRM experience (profound functional knowledge of SAP CRM).
• Knowledge of/or experience in CRM 7.0.
• Functional knowledge of the key areas (Marketing, Sales, Service).
• Functional knowledge of the channels (Interaction Center, E-Commerce, Channel Management, Mobile).
• Basic technical skills (debugging/ABAP).
• SAP certificates or other certificates are a plus.
Profile:
• University degree or equivalent by experience (Economics, Commercial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Computer Sciences).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a mature, professional outlook.
• Efficient planning and organization skills.
• Eager to learn
• Commercial feeling is a plus - client focused.

Languages:
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, very good knowledge of English.
