Job description:
Consultant will be working on a new template design for Service Contract Management with automatic service order generation, interfacing with an external production application for "custom built service products".
Experience needed with:
Service contract using service plan items for repeated frequency scheduled service orders
Service order (manual follow up from service contract as well as automatic service order creation using action profile based on service plan item action profile)
Billing plan usage
Service interval templates
External billing done in ECC using Debit Memo requests
Contract determination
Customer logic using badi's
Usage of configurable and non-configurable products
