SAP CRM Consultant

An exciting opportunity is available in Alicante for an SAP CRM Consultant

This position is with an IT company working at a client in the Public Sector.

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

Education and experience:

- University diploma/degree in IT or a related field;
- A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF SAP CRM PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE;
- RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS IN SAP CRM.

Skills and knowledge:

- Very good knowledge of SAP CRM, particularly in Service requests, complaints, stakeholder management, event management and reporting;
- Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies in SAP projects;
- Good reporting methods;
- Ability to give presentations;
- Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks;
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings, good communication skills;
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.

Languages:

- Good level of spoken and written English.

Tasks:

- Provision of advice and assistance in any area associated with the procurement, provision, delivery, maintenance, deployment, hosting, effective use of information systems and their environments;
- Provision of security technical consultancy, security assessments or other security matters associated with information system projects;
- Risk analysis;
- Provision of technical consultancy, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with information systems.

This position is offered as a freelance (autonomo) contract. Start date: February/March.
