On behalf of our client, a leading global company within IT, we are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant.

This is a contract position based in Zurich, Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate.

Your main tasks in this position are;

. To support our clients' CRM systems on business as usual tasks and also with identified projects like application developments and consolidation, implementation of new processes in SAP CRM

. To provide support on SAP CRM and work on identified projects in SAP CRM area. The projects will be from small changes to new implementation

. Support routine business like incidents and services like monitoring, dispatching etc.

. Provide technical capabilities to support the debugging an customization requirements as a part of small change

. Should be in a position to take up team member roles in any large project/implementation involving SAP CRM

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION ARE;

. Good command of English and German (advantage), spoken and written

. 5 years of relevant experience with SAP CRM

. SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2

. ABAP- Webdynpro

. Outlook integration

. Interface pertaining to SAP CRM processes

. Access Management for SAP CRM System - ACE

. Reports for CRM

. German language a MUST
