SAP CRM Consultant

We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst for a role in Shanghai (China), with frequent travel within Asia.

Applicants must be fluent in Chinese and English.

REQUIREMENTS FOR JOB (EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO PERFORM THIS JOB):

- Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proven ability to follow policy & procedure of solution development
- Proven ability to discover and clarify business requirements and create clear requirement documentation
- Competent as communication bridge between business-side team members and technical-side team members throughout all phases of project implementation
- Proven track record of leading demonstrations to  large groups with interactive participation
- Proven ability to quickly identify and highlight risks in local project culture, resources and requirements throughout project implementation
- Ability to properly manage expectations of the local business about the forthcoming solution
- 7 years of more of relevant experience, with implementation and roll outs of SAP CRM, integrations between systems  and preferably experience with SAP Cloud for Customer.
- Business process and best practise experience in Sales and Marketing preferably B2B2C gained through application implementation/support role in global organisation.
- Can analyse and identify root-causes of problems/opportunities. Can clearly articulate solutions and options.
- Ability to work independently.
- The ability to guide and influence the business towards the appropriate solutions to maximise their investment in Global applications.
- Using own experience and that of others, proposes process, service and system improvements.
- Project Management skills

KEY DELIVERABLES AND ACTIVITIES:

- Document identified local requirements and create functional designs for solution options
- Drive selected solution
- Solution UAT and training scripts
- Drive data cleansing and loading
- Facilitate solution adoption as close as possible to the global standard
- Establish a key-user community for support after go-live
- Hand-over knowledge to Local Application Mananger
