SAP CRM BRIM opportunity - USA and Sweden.

Scope of Tasks:
The SAP BRIM solution is used in Soft Products Management project.
SAP to do support the North American release via onsite and remote support:
- with expertise and know-how transfer on BRIM solution during North America Releases
- with expertise and know-how transfer on BRIM solution during North America Release 2 preparation and go-live
- with expertise and know-how transfer on BRIM CRM solutioning

Modules/areas to be covered:
-CRM: Campaign & BRIM ordering

Specific for North America Release 2:
-Configure/build changes to allow credit card payments using CyberSource as Payment Service Provider. SAP's part is to do the change in BRIM and be part of testing and go-live
-Quotation process in SAP

Start: Ideally Mid August

Duration: 5 months
