SAP CRM/BRIM Consultant

We are currently looking for a SAP CRM/BRIM Consultant for a new contract opportunity, please find further details below:

Duration: 8-12 months

Location: Mumbai, India

Expertise/Solution Area-
CRM solution with intensive integration,
SAP Convergent charging,
SAP Convergent Invoicing.
Preferred Telco knowledge.
Senior Consultant level or above

End-to-End Solution Architect to design Scalable, Multi-Instance architecture for BRIM Solution (CRM, CC, CI) at Reliance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Overall Solution Architecture and functional oversight for the set of Scalable Architecture Topics across entire BRIM solution as well as functional and architectural alignment with 3rd party components
- Shaping requirements, Architecture and High Level designs for Scalable Architecture topics
- Support solution experts in preparing detailed designs

Skills & Experience:
- Very Good knowledge of CRM solution, preferably with applications in Telco industry
- Knowledge of BRIM solution (CRM/CC/CI) preferred
- 2-3 years of experience working in a role of solution architect (of Functional Consultant responsible for designing processes spanning across multiple systems with SAP CRM being key one)
- Experience working in complex client environment
- Experience working in environments with complex integration between SAP and 3rd party software
- Experience in leading and facilitating architectural and functional workshops and discussions
- Preferably team-leading experience
