SAP CRM Architect/Delivery Coordinator

The SAP CRM Architect/Delivery Coordinator will work closely the different functional analyst to ensure the approval of the technical specification and coordination of the solution development.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL WORK ACROSS 4 AREAS:

COORDINATION

- Conduct sessions with development team members and functional analysts in an agile mode to set and track priorities on new SAP CRM developments and bug fixes
- Ensure alignment with development process
- Run continuous improvement by streamlining the ways of working in the development team and between development team and functional owners
- Ensure knowledge retention in development team, manage ramp up/ramp down of workload

CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT OF APPROVED TEMPLATE GAPS

- Write/review technical specifications, to ensure first time right development of the solution
- Support/improve best in class technical design of the custom development

DEVELOPMENT

- Ensure development of the solution is in line with the technical design and development best practices
- Ensure appropriate testing before delivering the technical services

QUALITY

- Understand the quality standards for coding
- Ensure adherence to project timelines
- Be accountable for the quality of the technical services delivered

CANDIDATES WISING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Project Management/Delivery Coordination Knowledge
- Application architecture on SAP CRM:
- Customer Planning and Managing
- Field Sales
- Brand Planning and Managing
- Scrum Master
- Coordination with offshore development team
- Advanced MS Excel (functions, pivots, macros)

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR 10 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, ON THE SWISS RIVIERA AND CLOSE TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
