SAP CRM 7.0 (Loyalty, Sales, Service, Interaction Centre) Specialist

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

SAP CRM 7.0 (LOYALTY, SALES, SERVICE, INTERACTION CENTRE) SPECIALIST

You will bring SAP CRM 7.0 expertise to our client's retail solution. Having particular expertise in the Customer Interaction Centre module, Campaign Management, and/or Loyalty Management business scenarios, you will support the design and implementation of an integrated CRM solution.

You will:

- Analyse and evaluate how best to translate & adopt the SAP pricing processes and developments into the client environment
- Translate business requirements into solution specific detailed designs
- Define, document and execute configuration specifications
- Define and document functional specifications for RICEFW
- Define, document and execute detailed test scripts

Candidates applying for this role must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working on large scale international projects
- At least 8 years of experience as a SAP CRM expert/solution architect, ideally in Retail with B2C processes
- Good skills in CRM Marketing, Sales, Service, Interaction Centre modules
- Integration expertise with ERP Retail
- Integration expertise with eCommerce and POS solutions
- Technical knowledge - ABAP, WebUI
- Strong communication and consulting skills

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR 6 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, WITH A GOOD CHANCE OF EXTENSION INTO 2014. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
