SAP CRM 7 ANALYST - DUTCH OR FRENCH SPEAKING - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM.

My client in Brussels, Belgium is looking for an SAP CRM 7 analyst for B2B/B2C segment for utility sector (gas-electricity)

Description:
- Assist the business representative in translating the processes into standard SAP CRM (Utilities contract management & Services)
- Perform configuration in SAP CRM7
- Write technical specifications for development
- Testing of developments
- Incident analysis
- Knowledge of utility market processes
- Knowledge of ABAP (read and debug -no development)
- Knowledge of standard SAP functionalities (queries, authorizations, archiving, batch processing)
- Knowledge of SOA and XML is an asset
- Knowledge of IS-U is an asset
- Implementing service or project deliverables according the EBL standards

- English: Advanced, French or Dutch confirmed.
