SAP CRM

We are urgently recruiting for a SAP CRM Consultant role based in Brussels. Our client is in the transportation business. This is a three (3) months contract, due to start on the 1st of March 2016!

Function:

As a SAP CRM consultant you will have responsibilities in different business contexts as defined below:

General:-

- Integration of TREX search engine (SES and ESH)

Sales:

-Contract management
- Customer and contact management
- Activity management
- Lead and prospect management
- Opportunity management

Marketing:-

- High Volume segmentation
- Campaign managementService:-

Complaint management

- B2B Portal
- Single point of contact for the business
- Preparation of releases (incidents and changes) and test cycles
- Change needed in SAP CRM
- Problem analysis (integration with different Back End via web services)

Requirements

- You have a solid experience as a SAP CRM Consultant.
- You can act as SPOC for the different involved businesses.
- You have very good communication skills.
- You can analyse problems, manage complaints, prepare releases,
