For our client based in Geneva we are currently looking for a SAP CRM consultant:
Starting date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months +
Languages: English
PROFILE
- Good knowledge of CRM module with proven implementation experience with SAP CRM integrated projects
- Proven ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction and Delivery Management
- International experience in IT projects in a Matrix organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-player
- Solid experience in project management
NOTE: regular travelling abroad is needed for this job
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Interaction Center and social Media Integration
- SAP BCM
- BOBJ DQM for address validation
- Trillium DQM for deduping
- Marketing campaign management and BWA high volume segmentation
- SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence, powered by SAP HANA
- SAP Fiori UI
