SAP CONSULTANT/SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT - SD - FICO - WM-MM - MILAN - CONTRACT
SAP CONSULTANT/SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT with experience in either SD, FICO, WM, OR MM modules, is urgently required to join a leading IT/Management Consultancy, for a 3-6 month contract in Milan.
You will be part of a large scale Data Migration project and will have had prior experience in similar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Data Migration Methodology workshop.
- Plan and coordinate local conversion load timing for all data objects (high-level conversion plan).
- Ensure successful data conversion loads (detailed conversion plan).
- Ensure availability of data extracts provided by local project teams.
- Ensure delivery of Local Functional Design and Conversion Mapping documents.
- Plan and coordinate conversion cut-over activities with cut-over manager.
- Ensure technical preparation and pre-checks of conversion runs.
- Drive and coordinate conversion runs.
- Ensure well-documented validation and sign-offs for each object during MOCK and Cutover conversion.
- Ensure that the work is run in compliance with the COMPASS roll-out methodology.
- Ensure that all conversion plan and load changes are managed through the Change Management Process.
- Provide regular status reports, escalate risks and issues, to Wipro and client .
- Report regular status update and escalate risks & issues for conversion to Local Project Management.
- Be accountable for end-to-end data conversion for a local roll-out project.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experienced senior SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (preferably in the area of SAP SD, FICO OR MM-WM).
- Prior Data Migration project experience.
- Experience as a Team lead/Project manager.
- Previous experience in Client Facing role.
- Have experience to worked in Onsite-Offshore environment.
- Experience to work in a Multi-vendor project with aggressive timelines.
