MY DUTIES:

- Support Implementation of an Invoice Workflow solution that is already used at new (international) sites
- Support Implementation of a Purchase requisition Workflow solution that is already used at new (international) sites
- Support Implementation of new functions in an external sourcing system in (international) sites
- Define and realize small enhancements together with business
- Implement requirement specification, Testing and support of Users, together with service provides

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Technical knowledge in at least 2 SAP modules of logistics area, SD, MM, PP
- Finance and Controlling knowledge for the interfaces with the logistics modules
- Experience in external sourcing systems, JAGGAER or Ariba
- Communication between SAP System and external, using RFC and PO as middleware
- Project management (small) and task handling
- Business consultancy to create requirement specifications
- Monitoring of Interfaces during go-live and solve errors with users which arise
- Negotiation and analytical skills to identify user requirements
- Microsoft Office tools and Sharepoint knowledge
- Fluency in English and German, French would be a plus
