SAP Configurer (Security Specialist)

The Specified Personnel is required to have a proven track record of assisting SAP-enabled large organisations, preferably government agencies (public sector); demonstrated high level knowledge of the SAP ECC6 security environment, and experience in SAP security configuration and a blend of technical knowledge and business process knowledge to provide best practice solutions for the department.

This includes:

- Implementation and activation and control of SAP system accesses.
- Planning and configuration of SAP Roles.
- Operational support for SAP Accesses.
- Demonstrated system expertise for configuring SAP ECC6 Security, including role development, management, and related processes and architecture.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP ERP public sector functionality, including Business Warehouse, Portal, Solution Manager and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Demonstrated system experience within SAP landscapes and related development cycle, including testing of changes and change control processes.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the principles and best practices for the delivery of reports and reporting requirements.
- Understanding of the broader Australian Government public sector environment.
- Demonstrated experience carrying out system assurances.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, testing and implementing SAP system changes.
- Expert experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- SAP roles and management, including HR Position based security.
- SAP security within a multiple SAP product landscape including BW, ERP, SRM, Portal and Solution Manager.
- User Provisioning and de-provisioning solutions.
- Role synchronisation processes and position based security.
- SAP Portal andUMEmanagement.
- The ability to provide high level advice and assistance in the support of a large SAP landscape, including SAP ECC6, SAP Web Application Server, SAP BI, SAP Internet Transaction Server and SAP Enterprise Portal (including SAP Workplace).
