Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance respectively of the COwhile completing the configuration and initial testing of the Change Requests approved. Support Business Testing and Training team in creating test scenarios and user manuals for new and updated processes. Support Access Control team in creating roles for different user functionalities. Support Business Intelligence Team in defining reporting needs. Responsible to analyze the Events, Incidents, Problems, Request, Access and Changes escalated as 2nd or 3rd level support from the Global Help Desk.

Experience in the chemical industries a major advantage

Skills and attributes
Excellent understanding of IT Application architectures Strong customer-service orientation.

English speaking role in Amsterdam with travels from time to time (Germany, Israel, Asia..)
