SAP Cloud for Customer (Sales Ondemand) Consultant

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

SAP CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER (SALES ONDEMAND) CONSULTANT

to support the successful design, build and implementation of our client's SAP Sales OnDemand solution for B2B and B2C sales forces.

Responsibilities will include:

- Understand the B2B and B2C sales processes and make sure the functional requirements are delivered in the system
- During implementation:
- Perform solution configuration
- Perform solution integration to SAP CRM, including interface design and mapping
- Design solution reporting functionalities, including integration to SAP BW
- Undertake solution testing, including creation of test scripts
- Deliver end-user training, including the creation of training material
- Perform data load & data migration
- Design and create the required reports and forms using Sales OnDemand Key User tools
- Support the current team in deploying the solution to the identified markets
- Support the Customer OnDemand team in developing training presentations and communication tools

Candidates wishing to apply must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience implementing SAP Cloud for Customer
- Prior IT solution implementation experience, preferably CRM (min 5 years)
- Hands-on configuration and administration experience
- Knowledge of CRM Business processes (Lead to Quotation)
- Fluent English, French would be an advantage

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR 12 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, FROM JANUARY 2014. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, CLOSE TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
