Projektbeschreibung
SAP CLM Consultant required in Islamabad starting 7th January for 2 months.
CLM High Level Scope of Work:
1. Microsoft Word incorporation,
2. Specifics:
- Text Drafting Facility
- Spell Check
- Track Changes
- Basic Utilities of Microsoft Word (Font, size, formatting, etc.)
3. Approval Hierarchy, with customized authorization to change the contract draft according to the responsibilities.
4. Log maintenance in the system regarding any changes made in the contract.
5. Intelligence to recognize terms & conditions' headings, to incorporate their content in other documents like Purchase Orders.
6. Intelligence to recognize the contract period.
7. System generated Contract number generation according to business requirement.
8. Incorporation of Contracts content in Purchase Orders, such as, agreed quantity, unit rates, terms of payment, delivery schedule, contract validity in terms of its period, etc.
9. Report generation of Contracts with different filters:
- Date wise.
- Department wise
- Vendor wise
- Products/Services wise
- Local/International
- Pending for Approval Contracts, stage-wise
- Issued Contracts
10. Report Generation showing PO no. issued through a single or multiple contracts.
11. Alarm/Flags
12. Intimation of Contracts' expiry, 3 months before, through email.
