SAP Change Manager (Organisational) - 4 months + - Amsterdam

Experienced Organisational ERP/SAP Change and Communication Lead required for an SAP rollout project. We require someone with a strong consulting background, ideally some experience of working for one of the big 5. We require someone with a focus on People and Organisational Change Management.

THE ROLE:

- You will lead the execution of change plans and activities including leadership alignment stakeholder management and all other change activities.
- Develop and deploy key program and stakeholder communications
- Identify barriers and challenges for successful change and communication work, resolve alternatives, make recommendations and implement the approved recommendation.
- Integrate people and other resources to carry out change and project plans with limited direction

THE PROFILE:

8+ years business experience

You must have a minimum of 6+ years experience on large scale change projects

3+ years experience on ERP/SAP technologies

Experience at creating and executing change plans

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communications skills
